FYNIT

Terms of Service

Version: consumer-terms-2026-10-06-r3
Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FYNIT's product-discovery service, including the FYNIT consumer Mobile app and related consumer features.

By using FYNIT, a user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the user should not use the service.

The person operating FYNIT and the contact details for this agreement are identified in section 13, "Who operates FYNIT and how to contact us."

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the FYNIT consumer service.

The account/service eligibility rule is separate from the product Age Group shopping filter. Browsing products for a particular age group does not state or prove the user's own age. Adults may use those filters to shop for children.

3. FYNIT's service and the merchant's role

FYNIT helps users discover products offered by independent merchants and access those merchants' Shopify storefronts and checkout experiences. The relevant merchant is the seller of record and is responsible for its products, product descriptions, final pricing, payment arrangements, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and order-related disputes, subject to applicable law.

FYNIT does not itself sell or fulfil these products or process payments through its own checkout. Merchant checkout may open within FYNIT's in-app browser. The merchant's applicable terms and privacy notice govern that transaction.

FYNIT remains responsible for operating its own service and handling the personal data it controls. Users may contact FYNIT about app problems, privacy concerns, or suspected merchant misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Displayed prices, stock status, delivery information, and availability may change or be delayed. The merchant's checkout confirms the final product, price, availability, delivery, taxes, charges, and transaction details.

FYNIT does not promise a refund on a merchant's behalf, guarantee a merchant's reliability, or promise dispute-resolution services that are not offered. A user should first contact the merchant about an order, while reporting suspected misconduct or an app problem to FYNIT where appropriate.

4. Accounts and guest access

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Some browsing may be available without an account. Saved products, followed stores, personalized settings, notifications, and checkout handoff may require authentication. FYNIT may use proportionate verification for account recovery, security-sensitive changes, and deletion.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;

• attempt to access another account, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service;

• introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, or misuse automated access;

• submit fraudulent requests or false reports; or

• use FYNIT to facilitate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

6. Third-party services

FYNIT integrates with independent services including Shopify merchant storefronts and optional Google authentication. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. FYNIT is not responsible for an independent service's acts merely because FYNIT links to or interoperates with it, but this does not remove FYNIT's responsibility for its own conduct or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

FYNIT and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding, software, and service materials. Merchants retain responsibility for the product and store content they provide. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use FYNIT for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

If a user voluntarily provides product feedback about FYNIT, FYNIT may use it to operate and improve the service without disclosing the user's personal information publicly unless separately authorized.

8. Service changes, suspension, and termination

FYNIT may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, merchant status, or service operation. Where practical and required, appropriate notice will be given.

FYNIT may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity. A user may stop using FYNIT at any time. Account deletion can be requested using the in-app deletion control or fynit.net/delete-account. If either route is unavailable or a verified request does not complete, contact support.fynit@gmail.com.

9. Fees and future paid features

FYNIT does not charge consumers or merchants. There are no merchant fees, commissions, paid advertising, or sponsored placement. This is the current launch model, not a promise that FYNIT will always be free.

If FYNIT later introduces a paid feature or charge, FYNIT will disclose the applicable price and material terms before the charge applies and will obtain any agreement or consent required at that time. Users and merchants will not be automatically enrolled in a future paid feature or charged retroactively merely because they previously used FYNIT.

10. Disclaimers and liability

FYNIT will use reasonable care in operating its own service. Product information originates from merchants and Shopify integrations and may be incomplete, delayed, or changed at the merchant's checkout.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FYNIT does not provide warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every merchant listing will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

The FYNIT Privacy Policy explains how FYNIT handles personal data. A merchant's privacy notice applies separately to information the merchant or Shopify collects for a transaction.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or obligations under applicable law. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or venue.

Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact support.fynit@gmail.com so FYNIT can try to address a service-related concern. This is not a promise of merchant-order arbitration or a restriction on mandatory legal rights.

13. Who operates FYNIT and how to contact us

FYNIT is operated by Umair Zaeed, a sole proprietor operating as FYNIT in Pakistan ("FYNIT", "we", "us", or "our").

Correspondence address: Kashmir Road, Sialkot, Pakistan

Support: support.fynit@gmail.com

14. Changes to these Terms

FYNIT may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date will be updated.
